Welcome to Susquehanna Valley Home Improvements LLC. We are based in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania and serve residential and commercial customers, as well as bank owned foreclosure properties and home rehabilitation work for investors. With every job, we provide a detailed and itemized estimate. As always, estimates are free. What makes us different from the competition? We work with-in a budget. When providing a customer with an estimate for a project, we will ask if there is any budget for the project. The reason behind determining budgets, is simply to understand what the customer wants for their money. Each estimate we complete is unique. While one customer may want a finished basement completed for $38,000 and include a custom bar, tile flooring, a bathroom, a bedroom, the next customer may only be seeking to have a Family Room area and a price around $8,000. This same statement holds true with any type of remodeling project that we complete.
Our labor rates vary depending on the task being completed. With painting being the lowest rate, electrical and plumbing is the highest.
We currently service all of Lancaster, Lebanon, York, Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry County communities for residential work.
